Shipping & Delivery

We will ship and deliver via our freight partners via either flat rate or pre-agreed amount. We will always ship to deliver next day for orders placed before 2pm and items ordered are in stock. For account clients, we will not deliver to PO Box or to unregistered address/location/site which is not in our system. For transactions outside account clients; we will ship only when your funds have cleared.

Returns & Replacements

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Microboss has line of credit for organisations who complete our credit application and have received a pre-approved line of credit with payment terms. We will accept payment online and over the phone. Pricing in our catalog and quotes are always designed to deliver best value at the time. If an error occurs in our quoting system or online web store we reserve the right to refund or reject your online/offline order. Should this ever occur, we will refund any funds you may have transferred. From time to time we may have promotions which have either limited stock quantities, distributor specials or product end of life sales. These items may be identified in our store or by way of marketing email you may receive from us. Promotions may have special terms and conditions which will be advertised online or by way of email.
